Sue Mitchell · Mike Stankovic

Mike Stankovic has spent over 25 years serving members of the financial services community, primarily in the credit union industry. In 1985, Mr. Stankovic co-founded MyDAS Marketing, Inc, a consulting firm specializing in award-winning education, research and marketing programs for the financial services industry. Using his strong background in retail, Mr. Stankovic provided the technical development of New Employee Orientation programs, POS Videos for Wells Fargo Bank branches nationwide, Video Information Centers at Kaiser Hospitals, and was a pioneer of multi-media educational tutorials and online educational university platforms.

In 2004, MyDAS’ assets were acquired by Liberty Enterprises, to enrich their product resources and enable the company to reach a broader audience of financial institutions. In June of 2005, MyDAS was acquired by John H. Harland Company, which serves two-thirds of all financial institutions in the U.S., and Mr. Stankovic provided the direct sales force with progressive sales presentation kits.

Mr. Stankovic currently provides strategic consultation to financial institutions and their business partners through a newly renamed corporation: Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates, with clients that include: Wescorp, COOP Network, Credit Union Direct Lending, RMJ Foundation, Callahan and Associates, State Leagues and multi-billion dollar organizations.

Over the past 10 years, Mr. Stankovic has served as the Vice Chair of the Boulder Dam Credit Union. Additionally, he was certified as a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).

On a more personal note, Mr. Stankovic has worked for many years with the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce, Safe Haven and the Children’s Miracle Network. He was also an integral part in forming the SEM Foundation for youth financial literacy, and serves as a Chef for Seniors, cooking dinners for over a hundred people every Friday night.
